Directions
From the entrance of Arches National Park, drive north for 11.7 miles on the main park road. Take a right and continue for 2.2 miles to the trailhead for the Lower Delicate Arch Viewpoint.
Description
From the trailhead, hike to the end of the short paved trail to the Lower Delicate Arch Viewpoint. From here, backtrack on a short trail that leads to the Upper Delicate Arch Viewpoint Trail. Turn right on the fenced lined trail. Soon after the trail climbs up to the overlook. This view provides a unique look of Delicate Arch that shows a cliff below it.

No, but the the paved Lower Delicate Arch Viewpoint to the right is the only place to see Delicate Arch that doesn't involve a climb.
